Used as a "breeder" for most of her life, Suzy found happiness in Nancy's home for the remainder of her days. Suzy left for the Rainbow Bridge in May of 2007.

at Christmas time. We'd like to thank Gary and those who made the donations in his honor. And we'd like to tell you about the wonderful idea that led to these donations. Gary asked anybody that would be buying him a gift at Christmas to please make a donation to BoxAR Rescue rather than purchasing a gift for him! We think that is a great idea and hope others will consider this for birthdays, Christmas, or whenever! We also think that Gary is a very special fellow. Not only has he adopted ONE Boxer from BoxAR, he adopted a SECOND Boxer several years later. Thank you, Gary, for your continued support of BoxAR Rescue.

For 8 days, Lori Brown's sweet Boxer girl, Reece, was missing. Lori offered a reward for Reece's safe return. Reece was found by Claire Bailey in Little Rock. She was a little underweight, but otherwise, none the worse for wear! The $200 reward was offered to Claire for helping Reece find her way home. Claire turned down the reward money and asked Lori to donate to her favorite charity. So,

We are able to accept secure, online
donations through PayPal!

* 100% of donations go directly to our dogs. Your money helps to pay for vet care, food, & boarding and

medications and monthly preventatives (such as heartworm tablets and flea and tick meds).

We are a 501C3 Not for Profit Organization, and donations can be tax deductible. (Check with your tax professional)

Wish List

Collars and Leashes, Boxer sized (new or gently used) Old towels and sheets
Dog beds (especially ones that are water resistant)

Large or xtra large sized dog crates
Heartworm prevention medication such as Heartguard, Nuheart, Ivemectin etc..
Flea and Tick medication such as Frontline or Biospot (for 50lb or larger dogs)
Dog treats (anything except rawhides)

Monetary donations are always needed. Donations can be made payable to BoxAR Rescue and sent to our snail mail address, or via pay pal, and can be tax deductible. We are happy to provide a tax receipt upon request.
