THE RAINBOW BRIDGE Have You a Dog in Heaven?Have you a dog in Heaven, Lord, and do you pat her head? Does she sit up and beg each night before she goes to bed?
Does she look up with shining eyes when she sees your smiling face? Does she wag her stubby little tail when she wants to run a race?
Have you a dog in Heaven, Lord? Is there room for just one more? 'Cause my little boxer died today; she'll be waiting at your door.
Please take her into Heaven, Lord and keep her there for me. Just feed her, pet her, love her, Lord; That's all she'll ask of thee. author unknown

PENNY CLEMENT
February 5, 1990 - December 21, 2000 She never wanted for a thing in life, but it became important to the one who loved her that no other Boxer should ever want in life either. Thus, BoxAR Rescue came into existance. Thank you, Penny, from all the one's who's lives have been and will be made better because you lived. I miss you, sweet girl!
Leonidas “Leo” Hauck
October 8, 2009. Our hearts are so saddened and our lives so void when our beloved, special Boxers leave this world. Leo was an exceptionally special one and our lives will never be the same without him; however, our short time together was filled with more love than some people get to experience in a lifetime. Coming into a household with two young, mischievous Boxers, Leo quickly became the one lovingly referred to as “the good one”. The seniors are so perfect; so well behaved and so easy and all of you fortunate enough to have one know exactly what I am talking about. He came to us with physical scars indicative of a very rough life (hence his name, Leonidas – Spartan Warrior). He quickly learned how wonderful life can be and what being pampered is all about. In just a few short months he went from being afraid to climb up on the furniture to claiming the couch and chair as his own. He loved mealtime and it brought my heart such joy to watch how he enjoyed his meals. Our morning and evening walks were our special time together.
Good night my sweet Leo, I love you and miss you more than words can express and I am so thankful for every precious second we had together and will hold on tight to all those happy memories until we are together again.
Samantha Clement
June 30, 1998 - January 28, 2009 My beautiful, silly girl with the goofy red eye . . my Little Bit, it has taken me a long time to write your memorial. Even after almost 8 months, my eyes fill with tears when I think about you! I miss you so much! You were such a clown and it seemed you would never grow old. But you did . . . and at first the only sign was the gray in your dark, soft muzzle. But in the last 4-5 months, there were more ominous signs that you weren't really a "youngster" anymore. But on the days you felt good, you still loved to run your fenceline and warn off all dogs, cats, deer or WHATEVER that might threaten your people! You kept all the "boogers" away! We love you, Bit, and will miss you forever. Thanks for the almost 11 years we spent together. See ya at the Bridge, dear girl! And don't fight with Millie up there!

Jax Benson
Jax Benson ~ March 2, 1998 to August 17, 2009
Jax was my best friend. He loved unconditionally and was my constant through the past 11 1/2 years. He was a good listener, a good cuddle buddy, a great opossum catcher, a tolerant friend to the cats, an exceptional door greeter (no one will ever greet me with such enthusiam again!), my constant shadow, and a very loyal friend to the end. One of the hardest things I have ever done is say goodbye to this very special boy. He will forever hold a piece of my heart and be missed. I love you buddy!
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog. You are his life, his love, his leader. He will be yours, faithful and true, to the last beat of his heart.”
