Needed: Families who love boxers and will help with fostering one that needs rescue.

Go to Forms/Applications, then click on Foster or Adoption Application.  Foster homes are restricted to Arkansas and the surrounding areas of Arkansas, Texarkana, AR/TX, and Memphis, TN/MS. Our Adoption Coordinators will help find the one that fits with your family. We are bringing in boxers, but few going out so you know what that means. We will be at a stand still soon. Send to family, friends, and contacts  about BoxAR Rescue as we need families to adopt and foster. To be a foster family, you give the home, love, guidance and we pay the vet bills.

 

 

DYLAN still needs a foster home. He is a white deaf boxer. He is currently in a foster home in Jacksonville, AR. He is not doing well with the poodle and the laid back boxer in the home is not happy with him. Our foster homes who have experience with deaf boxers are full. Is there anyone out there who could foster Dylan who has deaf boxer experience or willing to try? He is around a year old and is a happy boy who loves to play. He has a lot of energy and came to us after being in a shelter for a month and a vet office for a week. He needs training and social skills around other dogs. He loves to play with toys and will entertain himself. He just wants attention and to know you love him and time to spend with him. He is very smart and learning everyday.

 

 

8/13/10- STILL NEED FOSTER HOME!!  Meet Hector, he is a 9 year old deaf boxer. He is in a temporary foster home in Forest City, AR and needs to go to a new foster home. We have had no one show interest in fostering him and he was pulled from a shelter and we need to move him. He is a loving, laid back boy. Can you help Hector by finding room at your house?

8/21/10- Eddie has more demodex mites so is now on daily Ivomec. His foster Mommy and boxer sibling love this Eddie. He makes them smile all day long. Prayers that he responds to treatment and gets this under control fast.

 

8/6/10- WOO HOO!! Eddie is through with demodex mange treatment. He is HW negative, fecal negative and no mites for the last month!!!! Dr. Burns reported that he is ready to go to his foster home!! He has hair coming in everywhere!! EDDIE is ready to be ADOPTED!! Most fun loving boxer, full of energy, very smart, very social, and needs his forever home!!!!
